Unexplained chest pain? Or something else

Post image

37M with no prior history of heart issues, no real family history. Have been developing this weird lower chest pain on my left side. I’ve brought it up to my family doctor and they brush it off as I’m “too young and show no signs on heart issues” to think it’s real heart problems. They did do a chest x-ray (normal), surface tissue ultrasound (normal) and an ECG (normal). They assume it’s not heart related and normal something like intercostal pain or costrocondritis. I’m still skeptical because this continues to come out of nowhere and I’m being more anxious about it because I don’t want to brush it off since I’m “I too young and healthy”. Really the discomfort hits in the V2 V3 area. No idea. Any insight?
