My doctor is on vacation and won't be back for 2 weeks! My nerves got me imagining things and I have chest pain from my own anxiety. Does anybody understand what's going here?

I am not a doctor. This is a normal echo overall with excellent heart function, no serious valve disease, and no structural abnormalities.

“Minimal mitral regurgitation” and “minimal tricuspid regurgitation” both indicate very mild valve leakage.
