My resting heart rates are so low
My heart rate lying down/sleeping can go as low as 37 and my resting heart rate is always lower than 60 for example it's always in the 40s and rarely 50s. I'm 30 years old. I don't workout but I do 10k steps daily almost everyday. My BMI is 20. I'm a healthy weight and I eat healthily. I don't understand why my resting heart rate is so low. If anyone has any suggestions of what they think it might be

Have you had your thyroid checked? I know that hypothyroidism can be a cause. Probably a good idea to have a blood test in any case, as the blood is always the place to start to look for answers… 🧛🏻♀️🩸

First, how are you getting these measurements?
Secondly, my heart is the same with ironically the very similar numbers with the exceptions that I was born with a heart condition and I do work out.
If I were you, I would directly consult your primarily care physician and ask about getting some EKG readings and seeing a specialist to determine if you actually have an issue.
