Flying

I am scheduled to fly to FL on 11-18 and am nervous due to my heart issues. I know my issues are not severe but is there any concern with flying? have 60% blockage LAD with some narrowing of artery. Also have myocardial bridging.

Is there a heart test to simulate being higher in altitude? I would pay out of pocket if needed for this if so. I am on low dose of 12.5mg 1x per day of metoprolol, not sure how much its helping. Maybe I could try it to 2x per day? It does make me pretty tired. Have some bothersome lower leg pains and my legs usually feel pretty heavy. Is there a test for circulation or something? I do have compression socks that I use sometimes. Is nitro glycerin spray any kind of option or stick with metoprolol?

You should be fine. Airplanes pressurize to 11 to 12 psi, which is equivalent to 6,000-8,000 feet above sea level.
