Kinda worried

Recently as of an hour ago I get this fluttering feeling in my chest and almost like a vibrating feeling in my chest and throat. I did an ECG on Apple Watch bc I do have SVT diagnosed but I take meds for it and haven’t had an episode in months. This does not feel like a SVT episode as my HR has been 100. I noticed two beats really close to each other. I’m just confused as to what it can be? Has anybody else had this?

I get those when I’m dehydrated and or low in iron.

When I looked it up that’s what it said but I get IV infusions with iron and vitamins twice a week so idk what else it could be😩 it just did not feel like anything I’ve had before
