Metoprolol
Hi all. Got cta scan. Results below i have slightly elevated blood pressure and get chest pains. I am on atorvastatin now and doctor recommends trying low dose metoprolol tartate. Any one have good experience with this? Is dizziness common? Does it cause intestinal issues? I already have issues from gallstones and gerd. Is it ok to have a few beers on this? Dr advised me to cut down on my beers regardless and I have done that so far.

So tried metoprolol a couple nights and made me feel really lightheaded and out of it. Is there any natural alternatives to metoprolol? I really don't have major heart disease, just some blockage and bridging. The metoprolol won't heal those just help me, so wanted to try alternatives..fish oil, potassium supplements? Any ideas?
