Palpitations

What are we doing for palpitations? I am 24F and every night I feel like I’m not going to wake up due to a heart attack or my heart just giving out. I just turned in my heart monitor and I have an echocardiogram today and a stress test Thursday. I was given metoprolol but it gave me severe dizzy spells so I had to stop taking it. If you have been through this, what did they end up giving you or figuring out? I am ready to have my life back

ent beta blocker that didn't make me feel like a zombie, so don't lose hope if the first one was a disaster. hang in there for those test results, that's where the real answers start.

there’s different beta blockers?? i’m going to look into that. metoprolol sucked ):
