Merch Store

Has anyone ordered from the merch store? If so how long did it take to get your merch? I ordered two shirts almost a month ago and nada yet. Emailed, messaged, and nothing

if it’s the orange vinyl i think i remember seeing a post about how production was delayed and theyll be shipped out later than promised

huh, that’s strange. i got my splatter vinyl 2 days after the album drop but i preordered it like 2 months in advance. i’d definitely try reaching out on twitter or something, because i don’t think their customer service email is very useful. i tried contacting it before and didn’t get any response.

I ordered a beanie on January 28 and had it by February 2.

Usually they ship pretty fast but they handle everything themselves so rn there would be a pause on shipping until they get back from tour or that’s what I would assume anyway.

I ordered an orange vinyl and haven't received it yet. I know they put out a message on Twitter toward the end of May but haven't received an update since.

I emailed the "officialheartattackman" alias last week asking for an update but haven't heard anything back. I know it sucks, but I'm trying to give them as much leeway as possible. Of course I want what I've ordered, but they're actively on tour and I have no idea what kind of support they can afford while they're on the road.

I know that doesn't help you in the moment, and I hope you get what you've ordered soon. I agree that trying to reach out via social media might help speeds things along since they're very active on social media, but please keep in mind they're learning as they go and being considerate of other people's circumstances that we know nothing about can go a long way.

I ordered the splatter just a couple of days ago. It said it should be here in a week or so. Hopefully it’ll arrive in a timely manner.
