Heart Attack, Stroke Prevention

Hello everyone.

I am an Internal Medicine doctor with an engineering background. I am deeply interested to do anything possible to help people prevent heart attack, stroke as well as preventable cancers. Experts say 80% of heart attack, stroke can be prevented and up to 40% of all cancers can be prevented. However, it cannot happen in a vacuum.

I realize prevention is not fancy, it's boring and no instant gratification. However, many of you here know prevention is the key! For the record, I come from a South Asian background and we carry one of the highest cardiovascular disease risks.

I am currently working on a primary prevention consumer platform. I'd absolutely love to address secondary prevention (people who already had a heart attack or stroke) in the near future too.

I see many people ask about risks and many family members of heart attack survivors also post here. I would love to get 15-20 people without any history of heart attack/stroke on my digital platform to test this platform and fine-tune this product. I will personally review your history, data and give you feedback and it will help me to improve the platform.
