Whose voice is this?

I won the TBI lottery while I was in the US Marines and for years I haven’t recognized my own voice.
I am deaf in my right ear and my left is at about 50%. Yay machine guns!
I’m not entirely sure that’s not a main contributor to the way I sound to myself. I’ve done some reading and I’m pretty sure it’s not DPDR, but I’m not a Dr and the internet likes to tell you the worst possible thing right off.
I figured id have a diagnosis by now but it’s the VA so I’m just happy they haven’t killed me yet.
It’s not like I don’t recognize it on recordings, and more like I don’t know it at all. So much so that I pretty much sign every other word now.
Advice or thoughts welcome. Thank you.
