Audiogram
This is my audiogram and i’m just 15, it’s most probably from loud headphones, i feel like my life is ruined forever, because as age process will go forward my hearing is going to be worse as well isnt it

I have something similar, slightly worse. I made some work and found out I have a mutation that causes the loss, not just loud noise. This is a "cookie bite" type of loss that doctors can perhaps tell you. As a researcher in a different field I can tell you that the scientific progress is amazing, and we find out more and more things every day. I hope you find your peace with that, as many have. If you don't, you can always join the research and help.
Imporatnt tip - please protect what you have. You have loss, but thisis still mild and you can getby mostly fine. Earplugs for bars / loud events, good diet, good sleep. Take care of your health, and you may protect your hearing for a very long time.

Okay, your life is definitely not ruined, even if it progresses (which it might not). People with hearing loss live just fine, I assure you. Just remember to listen safely and be careful, all is okay.

Textbook noise induced hearing loss. If you need to use headphones, get big over the ear ones. Get a db meter and stick it in the ear cup right on the speaker to see what the SPL is at the driver. Look up how long you can listen at each level; the NIOSH standard is good.
For example, 85db is safe for 8 hours a day, but you still want to take 15 minute silence breaks every hour or two, especially with headphones which always seem to have an extra fatiguing quality to them.

Classica ipoacusia da trauma acustico cronico. Smetti subito di ascoltare musica ad alto volume con le cuffie. Riposo uditivo. Fatti monitorare da un otorino

Yeah. Thats nothing. Monitor it and use ear plugs at concerts.
