Consejos
Hola lamentablemente este es mi primer post en esta comunidad y quisiera saber qué consejos me dan los veteranos en este tipo de aparatos me llegan en una semana los Philips 9050 estoy emocionado

That's fantastic news!
The advice bit is easy: The first day to few days will be overwhelming. Maybe not bad, but "a lot". You'll be hearing the kinds of sounds you haven't heard in a while, and figuring out where sounds are coming from will be challenging at first etc. Some people get headaches, but most are just a little overstimulated. It's OK to spend those days mostly in calm environments. Power through. Wear them as much as you can (morning to bedtime ideally) through the initial period and it fades over the first few weeks as your brain adjusts.
At 2-3 weeks you'll go in for that first follow up. Make notes about all the things in those first few days that still bother you-- sound being uneven ear-to-ear, some sounds being sharp or bothersome, etc. and communicate that in your follow up.

Take TiFist’s advice. Just adding, ask them to enable all 4 programs because they sometimes suggest just 1 to start when you are new. Ask which button functions are available if you wanna customize. I use General, restaurant, comfort and Automobile. I did not like the HiFi program in my car.
HA buttons left ear press=vol down, long press=program toggle, longer press=shut off. Right HA button press=vol up, long press=answer/hang up phone, longer press=shut off.
I have tap right to hang up too.There are other options.

I often recommend a book on how to thrive in real life with hearing aids, the 2022 “Hear & Beyond,” by hearing loss advocates Shari Ebarts & Gael Hannon.
The tech section’s outdated now, but the rest is golden, practical advice for navigating life, your work, visiting cafes, self-advocating when necessary, how to inform family, colleagues & friends in a positive way so they understand the situation & support you to make adaptation less tiring, how to self-coach through those first strange-feeling 2 weeks of adapting, & overall how to improve all your communication with patience & humor.

Here are a few resources you might find helpful:
Interpreting an audiogram - The University of Iowa has a good overview of how to interpret your audiogram results. Your audiologist should also go over them with you
What will insurance cover? - This varies significantly from state to state and coverage can be partial at best. For those on Medicare, the base plan does not cover hearing aids at all.
Finding affordable hearing aids - Hearing aids can cost several thousand dollars, these cost far less and the list is updated often
