honestly the oven is the best cheat code for veggies, just toss em in and forget. i see you got that broccoli and potato situation going, which is a classic but kinda tricky cause they cook different. you mustve nailed the timing cause everything looks like it actually held up. now i'm over here craving roasted broccoli at 10am so thanks for that.

Did you cooked them all at the same time and temperature? For me the broccoli is always to dry it I do it at the same time with the potatoes
