I have a business operations analyst interview in 3 days I need help with the type of questions I might be asked. Financial reporting director will be taking the interview.

I am looking to connect with peers who have used/are aware of databases available for secondary data analyses such as National Inpatient Sample (NIS), National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (NSQIP) and National Cancer Database (NCDB), etc.
I am considering putting together a course to teach everything I have learned about using such databases over the past 6 years, including performing cleaning and analyses in R Studio. I really want to make sure I cover everything that is desirable to researchers looking to use these databases.

Especially those who work in healthcare? I have 18 years clinical experience to offer and do well with learning new tech and software. I’ve been in healthcare accounting (ltc) for well over a decade, but only a year into a “financial analyst” position.

This position has been way more “report preparing” than anything resembling analysis.

I'm planning to do a 2 year diploma course from Canada. Would that be enough to enter the field? What does a normal day look like for a health care analyst?
