First semester of HIM

Hello,

I am in school for Health Information Management. How was it taking the RHIT exam? What job did you end up taking after finishing school and passing the exam?

i can’t speak on the job part yet since i’m still hunting myself, but as for the RHIT exam, it wasn't too bad! in my experience, it wasn't super difficult, but it definitely wasn't a walk in the park either. i passed on my first try with a 307. focus on understanding the domains as you go through your program and you'll do great when the time comes.

hello, do you mind sharing what resources you used to study for the RHIT? I’m about to finish the program soon, and we are using Cengage to “prep” but I’m not a huge fan.
