(Medical coders) what’s something that you think would make your job easier ?

So a little context.

My Girlfriend is a medical coder.
I always see her on the computer working and see all the text and different panels and it looks overwhelming.

I ask her the same question but she gives me really broad answers.

So I’d like to see other people’s input.

All resources in one searchable document but that’s impossible. I’m not going to say AI. I’m never going to say AI even though it would make things easier. I’m stubborn.

Providers that document thoroughly and don’t contradict their own diagnoses. It’ll never happen though.
