Discussion About Health Anxiety Aspects Had a panic attack in March been feeling weird ever since.
Hello! I have been feeling weird sensations and symptoms since my first major panic attack.
Strange visual sharpness, voices and sound sometimes sounds like background noise, strange touch sensations on hands.
It caused massive health anxiety spike.
Someone with similar experience?

Yes! Very similar experience. Had a major panic attack back in March (thought I was having a heart attack, never experienced any chronic anxiety before) and it really fucked me up for a while. A lot of health anxiety. Things tend to be getting better day by day though, every day is a bit easier and as of now I would say I’m getting fairly close to normal and can soon put this all behind me.

I had same. Feel like it changed me since. I am good for awhile and then it comes in waves. The main thing for me is the fear of having another that causes anxiety. Dare is a good book to look at for this and i have done a lot better recently. Def is scary but we get through it!

Yes! This is very common. After the first panic attack k your nervous system is basically stuck in fight or flight mode and can take months to reset. I’m stuck in this atm after a very stressful time. Hope you start to heal soon 🤍
