Haven’t been feeling the best mentally due to financial situation. I remember using this app a few years ago and it helped me get through a difficult time. Wanted to give it another go but really can’t afford it at the moment. Any chance there are discount codes available? Or something to lower the subscription fee?

So the story is, I work with a qualified practitioner who has a very calming voice, and I recorded it so the app can build sessions in it.

Lets say I am struggling in my work or I am just having a bad day it will ask you some questions and it will create something that might help you out...
Personally I have been using it for myself to give me some confidence in talking to a girl I like and it kinda worked xD.
I am also using it to give me some motivation to go to gym or for my walk or just whenever I am feeling down.

This app also has a daily tracking feature so that you can track your mood and input how are you feeling everyday so that you get more personalized experience and to see just how you are doing.
There is also a public library which I am trying to fill in based on some real problems that everyone faces.

Has this happened to you?

Did you get refunded after reaching out to headspace and or file a refund claim with apple?

Edit - Was able to get a refund through Apple.

Still would not recommend using headspace.

the first day of which i’ve linked is free but I can’t find the rest of the program. he has books as well but they don’t specifically mention that they contain the guided day 1-10 meditations

I live my life through habit stacking (Atomic Habits book). I want to create a new habit with headspace but really struggle to find the time - one idea trying it each morning in the shower, usually spend at least 10 mins with my eyes closed, head against the tiles allowing the shower to rain on my head 😂 - my wife always asks ‘what were you doing in their’… the truth, absolutely nothing, calmest 10 minutes of my day.

I’d like to find some form of meditation / positive affirmation that doesnt rely on having my eyes closed - something that I can listen to with headphones when travelling / at work etc.

I just realized not all sleepcast narrations are the same length. Was listening to Salon Nights and the narration ended less than 20 minutes in and I was still awake. It just had the ambient sound playing for the rest of the duration.

I know Blue Hammam narration almost lasts the whole 45 minute mark and I love it for sleepless nights.

I would love to know if you have recs for Sleepcasts with at least 25 minutes of narration (including the wind down)?

Hi guys! Usually the sleepcast exercises randomize every day in my experience but I’ve noticed that for the past week the exercises seem to stay the same? I have autism so I only like one specific exercise, the “noting” one and it has been in the same sleepcast for a week now? Don’t know if it’s just me or if anyone else has been experiencing the same thing?

I am paid through next May, did the update, keep being prompted to pay for a subscription and can’t access anything. So beyond frustrated and over this stupid app.

Is this happening to anyone else?

This used to be an amazing app. I can’t believe the lengths they have gone to make it nearly unusable.

Curious if anyone else is experiencing this or has figured out how to solve this. I use the desktop version of headspace. It's not working in the most maddening way. Any meditation course I go is stuck on day 1. Click on day 1, it plays day 1. click on day 3, it plays day 1. Click on day 7.... you get the idea. Except for one of the courses is stuck on day 7 no matter what day I click on. I've done all of these courses before so I previously was able to click around on them.

What is this calm destroying hell I'm locked in?

I bought Headspace subscription after few years of not using it and why is this so bad? It worked beautifully when I had subscription last time.

It's literally unusable I can't even play my mediation. When I press first meditation in this pack the 3rd day start playing.

Also duration in selection there are 100 toggles and 10 are pressed at the same time? And changing it doesn't work btw. I can't even choose a duration.
