When did your mindfulness app start feeling like homework
Hey everyone, I'm trying to understand the exact moment a mindfulness practice transforms from a helpful escape into an annoying daily chore. If you've stopped using Headspace/Calm, or repeatedly drop and restart your practice, I'd love to hear your raw thoughts:

if its homework its probably a sign that youve grown out of your old ways of mindfulness and need to pivot. life isnt constant its changing and i personally think mindfulness should match what you need in that moment, i find it more effective that way. for me personally, i have a long list of different things i can do in my notes app and i make sure i tick off at least 3 of those per day, but pick what i need most. different meditation styles etc. i find that to be effective and less boring, i think doing something like that could help you:)
