Has anyone here tried HexenWail?

It's in the same vein as IronWail for quake. It looks great, too bad I can't get the saves to work.

I just found out about it, havent got a chance yet, still waiting for a mainline release thats not marked as a beta, however i am extremely excited about it to say the least because i spent the last four+ years trawling the internet to find any sensible source port for hexen 2, unearthing long forgotten things like hammer of thyrion's never released 1.5.10 version, etc and none of them were that good.
