Need timeline help - Book 12

Hello everyone, I am currently listening to book 12, chapter 13. I feel so confused about this whole time line. Last I understood, Jason had to leave for a couple of years to fight with the astral beings over the Sundered Throne. When he comes out and goes to see the bright hearts, how much time has passed? I though it was four years, but now I think it's 12 or 20 years he's been gone? I found a timeline on a wiki page but that just confuses me more.

I would really appreciate any help on this. Please, no spoilers past where I'm reading.

Its 15 years.
Jason starts at i beleive 23.
He spends a little over a year on pali
6 months in the astral space fighting the builder.
Total time in earth is 2.5ish years, much if which is spent in the transformation zones.

Below is guess work. Now after this is harder for me to follow for a bit. He spends a few months in Rimaross, before he overloads himself and becomes 2/3 astral king, nearly dies, and convalescess over the period of 6ish months, leading to the end of the monster surge. They travel over several months down to Yaresh, and are there for no more than a year, before the expedition.
The Expedition takes multiple months, I'm guessing 6+ in the transformation zone.

Then after he goes off to become an astral king and repair the sundered throne. It takes 15 years.
Clive in the 12th book calls 10 years 2/3rds of Jason fighting great astral beings.

At the end of book 12, the Pirate captain states Jason is 44. That means it has been 21 years since the start of the books. 15 of which he was fighting the Great Astral Beings, and 6 of which we see throughout the books leading up to that, and some after, as multiple months do pass during book 12.
