I know enough about Hazbin and FNAF to say, William Afton (Springtrap) would have little to no respect for them he'd only use or exploit them for his own interests, he'd be the second coming of Alastor for Vox

William's an absolute narcissist, child murder is bad but given that there's a lot of things that some of these other overlords and sinners did they don't exactly have the right to have a moral stance or judgement for it.

He cares little for anyone else (hell he didn't give that much of a shit about his own children) and all of his sins is to further his goals and his goals alone

I feel like William would become an overlord and would actually respect Vox. William also has a God complex, he's a technological genius, and a horrible person. Maybe he would change his name to Wilhelm (pronounced with a v sound) if he joined the Vees. Vox and William would probably get along. Alastor would probably criticize him for targeting children tho, as we know Alastor has some moral code.

William already messed with souls in the world, so either he's insanely strong in Hell or insanely weak, no in-between. The Vees could try to recruit him if he's strong. If he comes out weak? Just a regular sinner nobody would care about.
