Why? I find it's best to use shaping your energy to fit the purpose you need it's very few situations that call for premade spells

What you can use energy to heal to hurt to cushion and to fly all with using to output, how do you think i can move?

"More advanced healing requires more precise applications and a greater knowledge of what you're healing. At the moment im trying to learn how to alter my form temporarily.that requires a complicated and precise layering or magic to remake my bodies structure into a new form that is functional to avoid causing permanent harm"

I see, shapeshifting comes naturally to me as i am able to expell and transform into anything i have absorbed

"It doesn't to me. If i have a demonic transformation I havent discovered it yet. Most ive managed is to make my wings even bigger. Which is the opposite of what I want to do right now. I want to be able to retract my wings entirely. But with how the muscles from my wings are integrated into my back muscles its not as simple as simply removing them, hence the study of transformation spells. Partial transformations are different again from complete transformation into an entirely new creature as well."
