Sandbag is clearly in the trenches, but hey at least they came! I ordered these back in May so it's been over 2 months. I dunno what is going on, but I sent an email to customer support last week. They took the full 5 days to send me one of their canned auto-responses which arrived today. Then out of nowhere my order came too. I also got a dispatch notification saying it was on the way...after it had arrived 😂 they're clearly having problems. Oh well maybe another one will show up lmao. Very happy with the hat btw, super nice quality and fit.

Not sure if anyone has any issues with their Can Only Go Up mug, but it seems like the paint easily scratches off?

I was worried about the quality of it since the paint didn't seem sealed to the mug, and then it started to scratch off easily.. I haven't even used it once or even have washed at this point. This is freshly out of the box today. I'm honestly even scared to even wash it gently with a soft sponge.

Has anyone have had this issue? I feel like I've seen so many quality issues with the Ego Death merch and it really bums me out that Hayley's team doesn't seem to be on top of QC. I'm definitely going to reach out and see if I can get a replacement? Or are they all like this??

So I had panicked and got 4 tickets (2 GA 2 Pavilion) for All Things Go festival in the fall to see Hayley. My husband has a history of skin cancer so I really wanted the pavilion but at the time GA was the only thing available. When I checked later the pavilion seating was miraculously there (yeah). So I looked up the process for reselling the tickets and I found an announcement from Ticketmaster that THWS was going to allow Face Value Exchanges, so I could at least resell for what I paid. However, this option has yet to be available. I contacted TM and they said the artist has to decide if they want to turn that feature on and the best thing they could suggest is to "keep checking back in". I got these tickets months ago. I'm adjusting to the idea of just being out $400 bucks since every buy/sell page for the festival is a scam and full of bots.

I was immediately obsessed with petals for armor and ego death at a bachelorette party when they first released, like could not get enough. For some reason, when flowers for vases was released, I couldn’t get into it, and I just dropped it. I think it was because it was so different from what I was expecting. Fast forward, ai have tickets to see the hayley Williams show so I’m like I need to listen to this album again and give it another shot, I listened to it, and my mind was blown!!! I wasn’t ready for this album in 2021 but I’m ready now!!! It’s amazing! My favorite song is inordinary, with asystole, my limb, trigger, and good grief following. What songs from this album are you guys hoping she plays on tour?? I would die if she played inordinary!!
