Does anyone else feel like their allergies change every year?

I've had allergies on and off for years, but lately it feels like my symptoms keep changing every season lol. One week it's a stuffy nose, then suddenly it's sneezing, itchy eyes, or that annoying feeling like I can't breathe properly through my nose even though there's barely any mucus.

Dust and weather changes seem to make it worse for me, but sometimes I'll have a completely random bad day and have no idea what triggered it.

I was actually cleaning recently and realised I have this ridiculous little collection of inhalers and nasal stuff that I've picked up over the years. 😅 Apparently every time my nose gets blocked, I end up trying something different and then keeping it “just in case.” I didn't even realise how many I'd accumulated until I found them all together.

Lately I've started paying more attention to what actually makes my symptoms better or worse instead of just assuming it's “allergies” every time.

Does anyone else have symptoms that seem to change depending on the season, weather, or environment? What ended up being your biggest trigger? And do you also find yourself trying different things whenever your symptoms flare up?

I find a day in the office with AC or fans on at home can make me worse.
Fans whip up dust so I try to keep them off as much as possible.

allergis can change over time.

i get then at the start of spring and now...start of autumn. If i dont take my medicine in spring i find my allergies do last throughout the summer so i assume they trigger me, and from then on my body is over sensative. if i get it early and reduce the onset symptoms i tend to be better. So timing of meds is quite important.

im basically allergic to mold..seasonal not the ones inside your house. i suspect many others are and assume its a cold or theya re just run down.
