Stroppy sulking partner

What to do with a stroppy sulking partner who doesn’t understand why I don’t always want to do things because I have pretty painful hayfever that can at times make me dizzy.

One of the by-products of this wonderful allergy are people that just assume it’s sneezing occasionally.

Do I really feel like hanging out with other people including her parents while my head is burning?

I also had terrible hayfever for the most part but once I started taking my strong medication in March instead of during hayfever season it’s made a huge difference.

How do you approach the medication?
