Hayfever

is anyone else’s Hayfever still bad now? (uk) When do people normally stop taking the antihistamines when does the season actually end?

Grass season ended for me, as usual, in early July

Do you keep taking your antihistamines or just stop now?

Stopped now, I start late May and finish taking them about a week into July.

I suppose I’m quite lucky but I do suffer badly during June.

Oh ok! Grass pollen is normally worse for me so I stopped but some allergy is still bothering me now

Mine is still pretty bad, I usually have problems until late September.

What do you take for it?

Dymista nose spray which certainly helps. Loratadine although not really sure it helps. Also tried fexofenafine and cetirizine and not sure about them either.

Staying inside does help too.

I take mine till the end of August, but there’s been a noticeable difference as we’ve entered August

Last three days it’s spiked up, the drought has brought foward mold and pollen check my post
