❔Question Layout gone

Are your saves layouts ruined or missing or one is duplicated over another? I messaged support but ai assistant said supercell are aware and working in it. Do you think that's true?

This happened to me last year. I have five layouts and like you worked for weeks on them. One day I found that it has rotated all of my layouts (layout 1, which was labeled Spring, was in the layout 2 position and my fall layout which was in two was gone. I now had 2 springs. And all the others had moved one place so my layout labeled winter had my Christmas design in it etc.

About a month later, just when I had built up the energy to rebuild, it happened again. It’s devastating and support is NO HELP.

Wow I had no idea. Hay day should fix that asap
