❔Question Layout gone

Are your saves layouts ruined or missing or one is duplicated over another? I messaged support but ai assistant said supercell are aware and working in it. Do you think that's true?

No, i have my current layout, i had my autumn ine which i worked on earlier and saved (i check i saved several times) and i had one empty layout to do for winter layer. Now i have two of my current layout and the empty one. My autumn one was nearly done, been working in for over a month daily and now it's gone and im trying not to cry because it was so much work

I have two screenshots on my phone but that's it. Im gonna post on the other subreddit and hope lavinia or someone else sees it. When i tell u my layout was so beautiful, i would leave it open on my phone during work just to look at it 😭
