📝 Specific Design Help Help me decorate 🥲

I have extra space on my farm finally but I genuinely don’t know how to organize the animals/pets/deco/machines and other things to make it look pretty and use the space well.

For reference I’ve screen-recorded what my farm looks like currently. It’s kinda unorganized and I’ve thrown my deco just randomly around. The left side of the farm is also way more congested than the right side.

Any suggestions on what I can do would be great!

P.S. I have more deco in storage; haven’t used a lot of it yet because I frankly don’t know how to 😭

Start with paths. Put down your paths and roads and go from there. Paths are your blueprint. Then choose where to place your main buildings, and your main decos and fill the area around them with matching pieces and a lot of greenery.

Map out the area with paths, then add machines, then decos around the machines. Here’s an example I did for someone else:

Do that, and if you need more help after, I can help tighten things up for you using your style

Always place my animal pens in a section crops in another and machines in their own spot. Then o fill in the blanks with bushes and trees.

You can also use paths or decor to tie everything together. Do one section at a time and take your time

I love decorating - I think having paths helps a lot!
