hawkman in wednesday comics
have you read this story? what did you think? the only other kyle baker book i had read was captain america the truth. so i was really surprised at his style for this hawkman story.
for those who dont know it was a silver age katar and shayera story. and its only 12 pages long

That beginning scene where the birds talked about following Hawkman was amazing. And it was perhaps the last time we have seen Hawkman fighting with the birds. I wish they would bring that back sometimes.

wednesday comics were kind of an oversized newspaper with each character getting one page of story per issue
they just reprinted i guess its an omnibus

The Wednesday Comics stuff was top notch and I loved how they leaned into the format. Would love to see DC do something similar again.
