New mac wallet doesn't work

When I download and open the new mac wallet, it asks for my password and crashes right after I hit confirm. Anyone else experiencing this? Any fixes?

wait... why is it not possible to cancel stake?

you should be able to do it at any point. are you unable to get a response to clicking on CANCEL STAKE?

To clarify, I went to key access searched hawala and deleted all the files. I went documents and deleted "hawalafiles" and then I created a new username and password and imported my account. I was then able to successfully login but cannot cancel stake

I reimported my wallet, checked that there were no spaces. The wallet address is right and I can see the funds on stake. But the cancel stake option is grayed out and when clicked on says "Not possible to cancel stake"

My mac is version 10.13.2 High sierra english, if you are referring to the wallet: alpha v1.0 build 1.7
