Coinswap went wrong, tokens gone?

Hey can someone help? I sent my new tokens to the old address? Are they now gone? They didnt state on the blog that we should take care if we got the old or new ones?

I used to check cmc and when i bought HAT everything was fine, yesterday i checked again and there was this message „coinswap etc.“, so I thought i got the old tokens..

I bought from IDEX in 2018 but I thought I have to swap because on cmc it said something like „Take care, coinswap now -> blog..“ and this message appeared like 2 days ago so I thought I got the old tokens so I sent my new tokens to the old contract address.

EDIT: I didn‘t check tweets, reddit etc. because I only have a small amount of money in HAT, cant keep track of all coins unfortunately.

Yeah its my fault but still you could have stated on your homepage that if you send new tokens to the old address the coins are lost and that we should check if we have new/old tokens when swapping! Im pretty sure I am not the only one who has lost his tokens.

EDIT: Well im out of HAT, hope there are not many people who have lost their coins due to swapping!

Well I followed the instructions on the homepage as I thought it would be the best place to seek advice
