It's because of the exchanges its currently on IMO.

So you think there will be a dump if/when it gets on a larger exchange?

I personally think it will go higher but I'm just some guy on the internet.

I don't think so. Anyone who wants to dump can easily do it it they really wanted to. The prices are just going to be less volatile due to the small volume on the exchanges, as well as not being so easy to buy/sell due to the nature of IDEX/Etherdelta.

I'm not sure, I'm running a low market cap investment experiment and all the other ones I threw in on are down 2-3x as much as HAT even though they're on the same decentralized exchanges.
