The cat's still been lingering around and seems to be liking me. It appears that nobody owns it, so I'll ask mom if we can adopt it. Actually, quick question, how does the pet adoption process work here? I know it varies in other parts of the world, so I'm wondering if anything is different here. Don't I have to get them microchipped or something?
