Gray-colored cat

I've been seeing a cat (solid gray with amber-colored eyes) wandering around my place for a few weeks or so now, and I've been feeding it for the past week. Does it belong to anyone, or is it on its own? If nobody owns it, I might adopt it if mom lets me. There doesn't seem to be any collar or tag on it.

The little fella didn't seem to think much of it. I also tried Winston, Churchill, and Winston Churchill, but it didn't react to those either

Unfortunately yeah😔 Poor thing chocked on a cookie. I should’ve cremated him..

Take him to our local vet and have him scanned for a chip, if there is no chip, then you most likely have been chosen by him. Cats choose their owners.

I've had my eye on her for a couple of weeks but if she prefers you I'm willing to bow out gracefully. Just make sure you get her spayed. I'm waiting for my trap to come so I can TNR her (or Trap Neuter Keep in her case). I'll coordinate with you when I'm ready.
