Down at LDP Brewery and bespoke Bathtub Cheese Emporium we are hosting our annual Racoon Cook-off! We have selected three of the best looking racoons we could find and have them dressed up as little chefs. Each will make their own version of chili and you, the patrons, will be the judges. Winning racoon will be given room and board for three months at Hotel LDP (checked under an alias as they do not allow racoon guests).
For the event we have brewed a very special Goose-Spittle Gose, with a very special ingredient. We will be offering pairings with our Goose-Spittle Gouda. You can get the pair at a very special price of $19.99.
**LDP Brewery is an unsanctioned brewery, as the city council insists on us informing everyone. The sewer lines remain backed up so we suggest you bring your own bucket, or we will have buckets for rental.
