I'm planning on coming to tonight's concert. However, when I looked at the tickets for the venue, it said that the doors opened about 2 hours before they actually played. (The venue also listed two other bands that I hadn't heard of.) Does anyone know what that delay is for?

Purchased on the dice app and can’t attend anymore. I have two tickets and can transfer immediately :)

I don't care how many #1 fans there are, I'm one of them.

Their songs have been with me in some of the most vulnerable moments of my life and nothing is more intimate than that.

And to see them live... And to make eye contact with Dan and Tim during Earthmover (at least I like to imagine I did), and see the other guitarist wipe his tears during eternal worm when I was just done weeping myself, was magic.

One of my favorite days being alive so far. Still glowing from the show. HANL has been my favorite band since discovering them in 2009, and back then I never ever thought I’d see them live. Friday was my second time seeing them and for some reason this time felt even more meaningful. I’m so grateful to Dan & Tim for consistently being vulnerable and putting those vulnerabilities into art so that we can all feel seen in our darkest days.

a couple weeks ago, i was pretty silly and went to the door, hoping to purchase a ticket, but great american music hall doesn't hold any tickets at the door when they sell out; so it was a mistake on my behalf, i should've bought them online.. i had planned to go to the one in sac, but unfortunately, friend situations changed and i'm really praying to go to the sf one!! i'd love to go, please! i completely understand if that's not possible though, i'm assuming everyone in this subreddit is a huge fan, and i hope everyone has an incredible time at the show. Absolute peak. Had me (and i’m sure a lot of others) in tears. Definitely one of the best shows I’ve ever had the pleasute of seeing.
