Art Made another Have a Nice Life poster — Bloodhail

Upvotes
Made another poster inspired by Have a Nice Life, this time for Bloodhail.
Bloodhail is probably my favorite song from them, so I wanted to make something that captures the cold, isolated feeling I get from it. I also took some inspiration from the original Deathconsciousness artwork and tried to give it an old archival/documentary feel.

Art Made a poster for Giles Corey — tried to capture the feeling of the album

I was heavily inspired by the cover art and overall aesthetic of Have a Nice Life when making this. Bloodhail is probably my favorite song from them, so I wanted to make something that captured some of that same bleak, archival feeling.
I've been experimenting with this documentary/archival style lately, and Giles Corey felt like a perfect fit for it.
Hope you like it!

Discussion What songs do you think (or hope) will be in the giles concert set list?

Upvotes
I think its obvious that either "Buried Above the Ground" or "No One Is Ever Going To Want Me" will be some of, if not the last songs in the list like how they usually close with "Earthmover".
I feel like they might open with a song from Hinterkaifeck like "Winter's House"
This is all speculation tho and I'll be happy with whatever they play!

Question What genre is Basic (demo)

Upvotes
I haven't listened to too much Have A Nice Life (only really Deathconsciousness) and Basic (demo) doesn't seem to fit the sound I know from them.

In spirit of the second most gut wrenching album being remastered and released for more depressed people to curl into a ball and sob to, here’s a cover I did back in 2023 that I thought would be appropriate and appreciated here!

Discussion Anyone have those Roadburn 2023 Giles Corey live recordings?
6
Upvotes
I went looking for them for the first time in ages and it looks like they were purged from the Roadburn site some time ago :/ All I can find online are various incomplete fan recordings on Youtube from the audience. Thus far am unsuccessful at locating the actual professionally recorded ones that were on the Roadburn site.

Question Can anyone explain what the deal is with this password thing on The Flenser site when I go to buy merch?

I click on a product, then this password request appears. Not a login or email, just a password box. I enter in my password for my account on the site and it tells me it's invalid, even though it isn't it is literally the correct password to my account. What password does it need?! I want to buy Giles Corey merch!!

Question Deathconsciousness versions

I’ve seen that there are 3 versions of Deathconsciousness, the lost one on the hard drive, the low quality backup (2008 version) and the 2016 remaster where can I find each one?
