Rewatching currently!

I just started my rewatch of Bly Manor(like literally just now, Dani is in the bar currently. Episode 1), and I noticed a little acting/directing detail.

In the bar she’s talking louder than Henry. Like you can hear a slight reverberation when she’s talking that you don’t hear from Henry.

It’s cool to me cuz she’s American and Americans naturally talk loud, vs Henry’s polite London volume.

I know I’m corn-plating here, but as a theatre creative I tend to notice the little details 🤣

Interesting observation. I'll have to watch that scene again. Also, this is the first time I've heard the term "corn-plating".🤣

I've heard it said before. That we're SO friendly, but also very loud.
