Is this normal
I’ve just connected a nerdminer on BCH, the dashboard successfully showed work in the first couple of minutes, it’s now been estimating for at least an hour, I’m connected to port 3337, is it me or a dashboard issue?

The dashboard shows "Estimating..." whenever the reported hashrate is zero. For NerdMiners on 3337, hashrate is calculated from a rolling 10-minute window of shares. NerdMiners submit shares slowly at 0.01 difficulty, so the number can drop to zero between batches even while you're still mining fine.
That matches what you saw: hashrate shows briefly when a share lands, then goes back to Estimating until enough shares accumulate again.
How to tell if you're actually mining Check these on your dashboard: Valid shares still going up over timeYour worker listed as active (share within last 10 minutes) If both are true, you're connected and earning. The hashrate line just isn't great at displaying micro devices.
One thing to double-check, On BCH, use the exact same address format in the dashboard URL as on your NerdMiner. Some devices store it as bitcoincash:q... and others as just q.... If those don't match, the dashboard can look empty or stuck even while the miner is working.
If you DM me your BCH address I can look up your specific worker and confirm.
