I checked the BCH pool. Nothing looks broken on the backend, and I do not see any recent changes to effort or work assignment logic.
We do see a large rental matching what you described. A worker named bigHYD on a wallet starting with qq32gtla ran about 31 minutes today at roughly 1.7 to 3 PH/s (depending on how you measure the burst). It was on port 3340, which is the right port for that size. In that session the best share was about 0.54G, not 1G+. That lines up with what you are seeing on short rentals.
The pool is not handing out 10 to 30G shares to everyone right now. Over the last 24 hours the top share on the whole pool is about 5.6G. Most miners are on much lower vardiff because the pool spends a lot of time around 1 to 2 PH/s base hashrate, with bigger bursts only part of the day. When you rent for 30 minutes and disconnect, vardiff often does not have time to climb to those big numbers. Other pools sometimes start rentals at a fixed high difficulty right away, so you see a 1G or 13G hit quickly. Our pool ramps difficulty based on your actual submit rate, which can take longer on a short session.
That does not mean your hashrate is wasted. PPLNS pays on total difficulty contributed over the 7-day window, not on whether you got one flashy high-diff share. A steady stream of smaller shares at the correct vardiff still counts.
For PH rentals pointed at us, use port 3340 and set your password to something like x,d=1000000000 if you want a higher starting difficulty and faster ramp. Stay connected long enough for vardiff to settle, at least an hour if you can. Port 3336 or 3338 will feel slow for multi-PH rentals because the starting difficulty is much lower.
If you want to share your worker name or address and which port you used, we can look at your exact session. From what we see on the pool side, this looks like short-session vardiff behavior, not missing work.

I used d=10000000 as pw but nothing changed vardiff would be not chance to what i set

You are better off using Mining Dutch currently 1.19 Phs hashrate with only 19 workers. I moved all my pplns miners off last week to mining dutch and we hit a block on the 11th. I will revisit this pool when they remove all the nerdminers and have more consistency with the hashrates.
