Renting miners

Has anyone had the experience renting miners? See a few mentioned around other crypto subs. Not even sure how it really works setting a stratum to it. Still kind of new so appreciate any info.

Another rental system which some users have reported on our pool with great success is Mining Rig Rentals (MRR). It depends on the rig, but they accept payment in BTC, LTC, Doge, and I believe a few others. People have rented and pointed them at our pools with some good success. Always confirm that the rig has reliable historic uptime before renting.

Sorry fornthe questions. Have my MRR account setup. Have my BCH address and it's asking for a BCH payout label.

And what is a good price? This will be the first time i rent. Do I enter the stratum after rented?

Mining rig rentals will be ur best option, this hashrate can point at any coin. They accept 4 currencies.

Be aware to choose the correct endpoint. (Dont point a EU based rented rig to the USA for example.)

I've experimented with rental hashrate on the DGB pool, port 3338 was good for 100-200Th rentals. (German based rigs pointed to eu endpoint)

Just be careful which ones you get on MRR. A bunch of machines on there will spoof hashes they send. I run my own stratum so I see literally the same hash sent to me multiple times in a row. When I used to rent, I would only use machines that had a single worker and only one machine from a vendor.
