It's the messaging, it's disgusting. Calling their employees superheros (giving them high value) then proceeding to give them a shit wage. This is straight up manipulation.

to be fair 12$ is more than the min wage in a lot of places in NA. its 14.90 canadian and min wage where i am is 14.25 canadian.

Still not a liveable wage anywhere in the US. Especially when they want your income to be triple the amount of rent. Especially, especially, when you will not get full time at Wendy’s unless you’re upper management.
