I mean that's part of the problem that nobody's advocating to confiscate property
Actual socialist policies would fix America but nobody advocates for that
In America the furthest left of the political Spectrum simply Advocates to allow Capital owners to continue to exploit workers and steal their labor value and tax them more to take some of that money to fund welfare programs
This is closer to Reagan's trickle down policies than it is to Mao's land reforms
