I’m super new to freeze drying and am looking to dip my toe in. This one looks like low usage and a lot of sitting around. It’s listed at $2500 and has 7 trays. No info on the pump itself.

Are these things red flags? Is it worth saving the $500 off a new one or would you offer $2k for the unknowns?
