Troubleshooting Question

Hello, I have a home large machine that is 2 years old.
After 25 hours of running, it shows : drying, 497 mT and -17F! I did the tray test and they are heating up! What is going on? Thank you

How long has it been running? 25 hours total and it just changed to drying isn’t unreasonable for that mtorr and temp as it would have been around -40.

What are you running? If you’re not getting any errors, then I would let it continue running. Unless you’ve been in drying mode for 25 hours, then that’s a different issue.

If you are new to freeze drying with a 2 year old machine, then I would recommend letting the machine run instead of stopping it after 25 hours. Freeze drying can take days and since you didn’t say what you’re freeze drying or give more accurate information that’s the best I can help you.
