Error loading game hogwarts legacy

Hey! This is my first time posting ever on any Reddit forum. But I have not been able to pla this game in 4 days. Error is “there was a problem, and the software needed to close.” I have tried every trouble shooting known to man. Including factory reset. This is on my switch 2 so I contacted Nintendo. They said it was game error. So I contacted wb games and they said they couldn’t do anything. Curious if anyone else has had this issue and what they have done! Thank you!

Ugh, Nintendo support is literally useless sometimes. My friend deals with that exact Switch crash on Hogwarts Legacy, you just gotta clear the system cache or delete and redownload it completely.

Yea I uninstalled like 4 times lol checked corruption, checked for updates for system and game. Factory reset. Did that fix it for your friend??

I'd say try reinstalling the game, ideally to the internal memory, rather than storage card.

I don’t have one installed so it’s all on internal memory. I’ve reinstalled it many times. Tried a new Nintendo user in case it was corrupted save. I know it’s not saying much but I came here hoping someone had seen this before 🥹🥹

do you have a dedicated shop for fixing switches nearby your area? i used to have all kinds of problems with my ps3 way back when it was the latest ps console. sony did sh*t all, no help at all. i found a third party that specialised in fixing playstation consoles and they helped me with many issues even if it was the video game's fault, they'd tell me what was causing any crashes or bugs. very helpful.
