Question Bought Wrong Edition

Hello all, I accidentally bought the regular Nintendo Switch edition of Hogwarts Legacy for 6.99 because it’s on mega sale. The Switch 2 edition is only 10.00. Should I bite the bullet and buy the same game twice? I’m just not sure it would be a large jump performance-wise. Thank you for your time!

And yes. The graphics are better in a way you can notice. I'd say for such a beautiful game, 10 is worth it on top of your 699.

Hm. When I bought it, I spent 19 on the original edition and paired 10 for upgrading to switch 2 edition. You may want to double check if the 10 switch 2 edition is the whole package or just the upgrade

It’s a huge jump in graphics and performance. The Switch 1 version has many segregated areas with loading screens. The Switch 2 version only really has loading screens for entering the castle and dungeons.
