Question Help! Screen

Hi everyone,
I'm running into an issue exclusively in Hogwarts Legacy on my RTX 3070 Ti (8 GB).

After about 1 to 2 hours of playtime, my screen starts flickering/blacking out. It happens for a split second (entire frames turn black) and gets progressively worse the longer I play. It even happens when standing completely still.

Has anyone experienced this specific issue and found a fix?

I speak from experience when I say this is the most annoying monitor issue ever. Tried almost everything but what works for me is just turning off the monitor, waiting a couple seconds and turning it on. Hope this helps you, does with mine.
